I Needed to Make Some Health Changes
I think some people feel that only overweight people are eating wrong. I have never had a problem with my weight, but I still knew that I was eating the wrong foods. I wanted to eat healthier because I knew that while I may not see or feel the damage now, I would definitely feel it down the road. I decided to be proactive rather than reactive, and I am grateful that I did because I was not aware just unhealthy I was actually being until I started reading nutritionstrategy.com articles on a regular basis.

I learned a lot about nutrition on this site, and I am eating much better now. Not only am I eating better foods, but I am finding that I am not hungry all the time anymore. That is what happens when you put the right kind of fuel into your body. I am eating better, I am looking better, and I am also feeling better. That is pretty funny, considering I thought I was pretty healthy not that long ago!
